Sourcing quality fruit from a selection of premium South Australian vineyards, our winemakers then used modern techniques, including minimal handling and gentle pressing, to capture the intrinsic characters of the grapes.

This Chardonnay shows lovely fresh fruit flavours of peach, grapefruit and pear with a hint of apricot and is complemented by floral aromas of honeysuckle and jasmine.  The palate is fresh and lively and will complement a vast array of foods.
