Sourcing quality fruit from a selection of premium South Australian vineyards, our winemakers then used modern techniques, including minimal handling and gentle pressing, to capture the intrinsic characters of the grapes.

Styled to highlight the primary fruit flavours, our Sauvignon Blanc displays lifted aromas of freshly cut grass and lychee. The palate combines tropical fruit and crisp acidity to produce a delicious wine with a clean fresh finish.
